As each group of players found their way to the Tee box of hole 9, they found a great view almost overlooking Lake Travis along with the 85+ foot drop to the green. Although the course mapped it as a 196 yard shot for men and 129 yards from the women’s tee box, the wind coupled with the elevation drop made the Hole in One challenge exceedingly difficult to judge.

Although over 40 men and women qualified for the Hole In One challenge to win the million, nobody made the shot - although a few came excitingly close missing by mere inches. The remaining players shot for the chance to win the 2012 Saab 9-4x SUV prize.
